The Harris Premier process
STEP 01
Diamond Grinding
Mechanical profiling of the slab ensures proper surface preparation and opens the concrete pores for a permanent bond. HEPA vacs are used to provide maximum dust collection and containment.
STEP 02
Concrete Repair
Mender fills cracks and pits and cures to a higher PSI than the concrete itself. Carbon fiber with Kevlar weave stitches are recommended for larger or structural cracks.
STEP 03
Polyurea Basecoat
Rolled onto the prepared floor. The high-solids formula drives into the open pores, seeking moisture and bonding with the substrate.
STEP 04
Broadcasting the Flake
Immediately after the basecoat, chip is broadcast generously by hand, providing both color and texture to the floor.
STEP 05
Scrape & Vacuum
Flake is scraped multiple times in multiple directions for consistent texture, then the excess is vacuumed off.
STEP 06
Polyaspartic Topcoat
Squeegeed then rolled for complete flake coverage. Non-porous, chemical, stain and slip resistant while being easy to maintain.
